Background
Wells fabric care is a 5 star premium laundry service provider located at No 2 Gado Nasco close, Asokoro, Abuja. They provide laundry solutions to businesses and individuals all over Abuja, giving your special clothes the special treatment and extra care they deserve.
The Problem
Create an application available both on web and mobile for customers to request for a laundry service and keep track of the entire process until delivery.
Solution
We first mapped out the clients brief to make sure nothing was left out. After that, the duration of the project was determined and broken down into phases. The design team commenced with the UIUX design for the app to ensure that we were organizing content in a way that was easy to navigate and fun to digest, to help us accomplish the app goals during the development phase.
The app was then developed and customised down to every detail.
It features the ability to select the clothing category and the clothes to be washed, the system will automatically calculate the fee which can be paid through the secured payment gateway.
Users can also select a pickup location and select their desired day of delivery.
